Red Bear Outdoors and Go Overland Canada to Power the 2027 Overland Area at the Toronto Sportsmen’s Show
The Toronto Sportsmen’s Show today announced Red Bear Outdoors and Go Overland Canada as the official sponsors of the 2027 Overland Area, marking a major step forward in expanding the show’s footprint within Canada’s rapidly growing overland, off‑grid, and adventure rig community.

As sponsors, Red Bear Outdoors and Go Overland Canada will help shape and elevate the Overland Area experience by bringing authentic expertise, premium gear, and community‑driven storytelling to one of Canada’s largest outdoor events.

The 2027 Overland Area will showcase a curated mix of overland vehicles, custom builds, off‑grid trailers, campers, recovery gear, power systems, technical accessories, and adventure lifestyle brands, supported by live demonstrations and educational sessions that highlight emerging innovations across Canada’s growing overland community. Red Bear Outdoors and Go Overland Canada will work closely with show organizers to shape activations, refine exhibitor selection, and strengthen community engagement, ensuring the Overland Area stands out as a key destination within the 2027 event.

“Red Bear Outdoors and Go Overland Canada have become trusted voices in Canada’s overland community,” said Mike Blakoe, Show Manager- Toronto Sportsmen’s Show. “Their involvement ensures that the Overland Area reflects the authenticity, innovation, and passion that overlanders expect. We’re excited to build something truly special for 2027.”

Red Bear: “We want people to leave the Overland Area with practical ideas and the confidence to plan their next adventure,” said Mike Gorev of Red Bear Outdoors. “At our shop, we help people choose and install equipment that fits how they actually travel, whether that’s a weekend camping trip or an extended journey off the beaten path. The 2027 Toronto Sportsmen’s Show is an opportunity to bring that hands-on approach to a wider audience. Together with Go Overland Canada and the show team, we’re creating a space where visitors can explore capable builds, speak directly with knowledgeable businesses, and discover what’s possible with their own vehicles.”

Go Overland Canada: “We’re incredibly excited to be part of the 2027 Toronto Sportsmen’s Show and to help shape the Overland Area into a destination that truly represents Canada’s overland community,” said Vito Apa, Founder of Go Overland Canada. “Overlanding is about so much more than the vehicles and gear—it’s about getting outside, exploring new places, and bringing people together around a shared passion for adventure. We’re looking forward to working alongside the Toronto Sportsmen’s Show and Red Bear Outdoors to create an experience that inspires people, showcases the incredible builds and businesses within our community, and introduces even more Canadians to the overland lifestyle.”
