Description:
specializes in creating unique quality food products with ingredients I personally grow. I germinate around 50,000 seeds of over 120 varieties of exotic Hot Peppers and sell the seedlings in the spring. What I don't sell I grow throughout the summer and sell the actual peppers in the fall. What I have left I roast a portion, dry, crush and use as an ingredient in some of my products I make and the rest, I ferment over the winter to make various Hot Sauces.In terms of products I make, they are; Hot Honey, Hot Honey Dijon, Hot Maple Syrup, Apricot Pepper Jelly, Fermented Pepper Sauce, Chocolate and Salted Caramel Ganache and a BBQ Sauce.
